Our goal - a satisfied customer with his purchases and our friendly service. When you receive the package carefully inspect it - if you find that the item is damaged, not the one you ordered, or if you want just to return it, please contact us immediately by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone +370 612 53508. When reason for returning an item is the cause of poor quality, we undertake it at our own expense to replace the inadequate quality product with the right one, or return the money paid for it.
When returning goods, necessary to follow these conditions:
- Return items must be in original tidy package. (this does not apply to the return of the defective product);
- Product must be not unroled from original vacuum packing, un-used;
- Product must be in marketable appearance (its labels and security films undamaged, etc.). (This does not apply to the case of a defective product is returned);
- Return items must be in the same configuration as it was received by the buyer;
- Its the buyers responsibility to return the unwanted goods within 7 days of arrival;
- If you cannot arrange the return yourself we can collect it using our courier, however any costs will have to be passed onto the buyer;
- Upon receipt of the goods back, we will assess whether there has been compliance with the return and exchange rules. If all conditions are compatible, we will refund money within 7 working days.
